The IKA MHD high-performance mixer is well known for processing solids into liquids in a continuous process that maintains maximum quality levels. Until now, the inner workings of this complex system have remained a mystery.

How does a solid and liquid substance become a homogenization? How are the substances mixed, and which processes do they undergo? How is the correct solids concentration achieved? To answer these questions and more, IKA formed a team to develop a script for a fully animated commercial.

Using vibrantly animated images and explanatory text, this commercial reveals the components of the mixing system, making material flows and processing parts that have previously been hidden, visible.
