Project Manager (Life Science) 销售项目经理(生命科学产品方向)

岗位职责:
1) 拓展IKA生命科学产品在指定区域的市场;
2) 促进销售额的增长,完成各阶段的销售任务;
3) 制定并执行销售方案, 定期向区域销售经理/销售总监汇报工作;
4) 销售合同的跟进;
5) 收集客户需求及市场信息,分析市场状况;
6) 保持和用户的良好关系;
7) 积极参与市场计划的制定、参加展览会、市场调查、竞争分析等市场活动;
8) 配合相关同事开展售前和售后工作;
9) 为用户提供简单的产品技术支持、培训;
10) 寻找新的应用和销售机会并与其他销售分析。
1)Expand IKA’s life science market share in the assigned territories;
2)Increase sales volumes and achieve each quarterly target;
3)Make and carry out sales plans and report on regular basis to Area Sales Manager or Director Sales;
4)Follow up contract progress;
5)Collect and analyze customer needs and market information ;
6)Keep frequent contact with customers and maintain close relationship with them;
7)Be active to join the marketing activities, competition analysis, etc. ;
8)Cooperate with responsible colleagues to support customers before and after-sales;
9)Offer basic product operation training, service to customers ;
10)Seek new application and opportunities and share with the team.
任职要求:
1) 生物相关专业毕业,大专以上学历;
2) 3年以上实验室仪器销售经验;
3) 丰富的销售、市场推广和沟通技巧(口头、书面);
4) 深入的产品知识、应用知识及经验;
5) 良好的学习能力,沟通能力及团队合作精神;
6) 自信、能够自我激励、目标导向能力强、信守承诺;
7) 优秀的独立工作能力;
8) 乐于面对挑战,善于解决问题;
9) 具有创新、“肯做”和团队合作精神;
10) 流利的中文和/或英文。
1) College or above degree in a Biology related major;
2) Minimum 3 years sales experience with laboratory products ;
3) Good skills of selling, marketing and communication;
4) Deep knowledge on product and application;
5) Strong learning ability, communication skills and team spirit.
6) Self-confident, self-motivated, target-oriented and committed;
7) Willing and able to work independently;
8) Problem solving abilities and customer focus;
9) Creative and show CAN-DO attitude;
10) Fluent Mandarin and English.
