岗位职责：
1) 电动车锂电池领域电池制备工艺、电化学性能等调研；
2) 在应用实验室开展实验，与客户技术交流，并为销售和市场提供必要的应用技术支持；
3) 与研发工程师一起制定技术参数；
4) 实验数据的总结、归纳及分析，以及研究成果的知识产权保护相关工作；
5) 提交英文实验报告；
6) 其他管理层或主管分配的临时性任务。

1) Research on EV battery preparation processes and electrochemical performance in the field of lithium batteries;
2) Make trials in application Lab, communicate with customer get necessary information and support sales.
3) Work with R&D engineers to set up technical parameters;
4) Summary, induction, and analysis of experimental data, as well as related work on intellectual property protection of research results;
5) Submit English trail report;
6) Other temporary tasks assigned by superior/management.

任职要求：
1) 本科及以上学历，高分子材料、化学、化工等相关专业；
2) 2年以上锂离子电池行业从业经验，熟悉电动车电池电芯制造及电化学性能测试；
3) 有电动汽车电池相关主/辅材料合成、性能测试等工作经验优先 ；
4) 有大型工厂的生产或操作经验；
5) 对安全规章制度及危化品处理有一定的了解；
6) 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；
7) 良好的中英文文献/专利查阅、报告编写、数据分析归纳总结等能力。

1) Bachelor's degree or above in polymer materials, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field;
2) At least 2 years of experience in the lithium-ion battery industry, familiar with EV battery cell manufacturing and electrochemical performance testing;
3) Experience in the synthesis and performance testing of main/auxiliary materials related to EV batteries is preferred;
4) Production or operation experience in plant;
5) Basic knowledge about safety regulations in plant;
6) Good collaboration and communication skills;
7) Bilingual skills including literature/patent review, report writing, data analysis, summarization.
