Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Servicing customer´s laboratory, analytical and process units in-house and on site
- Travel planning and execution required for on site installation, maintenance and repair of laboratory and analytical equipment
- Installation/commissioning of single machine or plants on customers site (travelling required for on site repair of process equipment)
- Maintain a stock of spare parts
- Maintain service documentation and customer repair history in SAP
- Report to Head of Service and help to increase service efficiency
- Electrical engineering background with mechanical experience
- Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics, drawings/materiallists, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- 1-2 years experience in related field
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, highly self-motivated and target-/sales-oriented
- Problem solving abilities and customer focus
- driver´s license (frequent travelling is necessary), familiar with Windows and MSO, SAP is an advantage
