Junior Accounts Executive

Rawang/Malaysia

Qualifications:​

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience with preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding in General Accounting, AP and AR functions

Tasks:​

• Process GL month and activities
• Handle the entire transaction cycle of AR and AP
• Maintain and update costing related matters
• Perform accounts reconciliations and follow up on outstanding matters
• Handle invoices discrepancies and disputes, process invoices accurately and completely
• Checks and compiles reports and reconciliation schedules
• Meeting datelines and complete within agreed timelines
• Perform daily duties in compliance with the predefined processes and work flow
• Process the accounting transactions according to the established procedures, policies, legal and statutory requirements
• Liaises with supports personnel and external parties (e.g. auditors) to resolves queries / problems when necessary
