Junior IT Executive

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
1-2 years experience in hardware and server support
Knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks
Good English communication skills
Familiar with OS systems, SAP, Office software and other related software
Experience on maintaining server on VMware platform and related technologies
Understanding of website development & administration
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is an added advantage
Basic knowledge in programming language including HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript and SQL are an added advantage

Tasks:

Monitor and maintain hardware, software, network and server infrastructure, including performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting, backup, installing and configuring software and applications
Responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues on IT infrastructure, server, network, systems, applications etc.
Monitors site security, reports suspected or actual security breaches and denial of service attacks to appropriate staff
Implement security measures to protect IT systems and data from unauthorized access or theft, and to ensure systems are reliable and available to users at all times
Review web content, links and design, provides necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner
Identifies useful site performance metrics; collects, tracks, records. compiles, analyzes, and reports site usage data
Performs other related duties as assigned
