North American expansion and renovation project at IKA Works, Inc. in Wilmington (North Carolina)

Starting in 2014, the North American expansion and renovation project has been completed. The expansion features a showroom, employee cafeteria, extensive office space, as well as a renovated service area. There will be two more phases in the future to complete an applications lab, as well as the current production facility. Architects for this project were LS3P, construction was executed by Thomas Construction Group, LLC. Both companies are local to the Wilmington (NC) area. This project was greatly supported by construction consultant Burrows Smith, developer of the River Bluffs subdivision.

This project is a proud result of over 2 years of planning and execution. IKA Wilmington employees are very proud of their new workplace.
