Powder incorporation plants
The MHD 2000 and CMS 2000 systems are designed for an inline powder incorporation into liquids. Essential features:

  • closed feeding of liquids and powders to avoid environmental pollution
  • production of big quantities with inline machines and small space required
  • different process steps such as incorporation, wetting, pre-mixing and homogenising in one machine
  • Saving of time, investments and staff

Main difference between MHD and CMS:
The MHD-system is designed for a quantitative inline mixing of powders with liquids with a minimum of air introduction. Due to this fact a final product can be achieved in only one passage.
Solids as well as liquids are dosed with the required exactness.
The MHD can process an up to 80% solids concentration.

The CMS-unit is working in an enriching respectively circulating process until all powder is fed into the liquid. The feeding of powders is based on a strong suction. No additional feeding systems are required.
